As Practice Lead, Andrew provided expert advisory services to customers, including breach coaching, incident response, and post-incident guidance. He facilitated proactive engagements like tabletop exercises, threat intelligence workshops, and vulnerability management strategy analyses. Andrew also supported sales engineering for threat intelligence products and MSSP services, while collaborating with internal and partner teams on diverse engagements, from OSINT analysis to business risk assessments and purple team exercises.

Andrew established and led the IT and Security Department, managing operations, development, data, and security. He developed the organization's technological strategy, ensuring compliance, policy creation, and successful operations. He also handled vendor relationships and budgets, leveraging donated software and services to advance the organization's mission.

As Systems & Security Engineer, Andrew managed cybersecurity training, IT operations, and security projects, including a global firewall refresh and infrastructure upgrades for newly acquired companies. He developed incident response initiatives and deployed advanced SIEM and NGAV solutions across divisions. Previously as Systems Administrator, he managed global IT infrastructure, designed new data centers, and implemented security solutions post-corporate spin-off.

Andrew rebuilt IT operations from the ground up, implementing key processes from helpdesk to code management to key technology and security policies, with a diverse team of professionals across the US and the Philippines. He optimized AWS and on-premise infrastructure to reduce costs and implemented corporate cybersecurity initiatives, including SIEM deployment. He led the department until the business closure, facilitating its final operations.
